Grade 9 – RTH11 – Bump Bot

BumpBot1Project Description:

With this super exciting take home, students will build a rumba style Bump Bot. After their initial lesson, students get to put their knowledge of circuit diagrams to the test by incrementally wiring their robots using breadboards. They will also go over parallel and series circuits, switches and loads, and the symbols that represent them.  Students will witness different robot behaviour for each of the various wiring configurations that they complete. To make their robot work properly, they’ll need to know how to read the diagrams!
